Hamann is at it again with yet another mind-blowing automotive machine. The Mercedes-Benz SLR is already one of the most impressive cars on the road, but after Hamann had their way with it, the stock version seems rather, well…wimpy. Dubbed the Hamann Volcano, it is fitted with an very modified exterior, increased performance, and a refined interior space. The Volcano’s exterior is equipped with carbon fiber front and rear wings, side skirts, a bonnet with integrated hood scoop and 21-inch rims. The 5.4-l V8 of the SLR was tweaked to pump out a ferocious 700 hp and 612 lb-ft of torque, which is a vast improvement over the stock 660hp, 575 lb-ft numbers. As you have seen from our previous Lambo post, Lamborghini has spent the last week or so teasing us with pictures of their new car which will debut at the Paris Motor Show, starting tomorrow.
