Since the FAA created the Light Sport Aircraft category in ‘04 a slew of companies new to the game are popping up like ICON Aircraft, allowing for innovation in unexplored areas of aviation and some trick toys.  Feast your eyes on the ICON A5 (above).  So, you ask, what makes this airplane different from the rest?  Well, this beauty offers a race car styled cockpit for two, retractable landing gear for use in land or water and even wings that rotate and fold back so it can be towed easily.  She totes a $139,000 price tag, good for a supplement or compliment for say, a 911 Turbo.  If your still skeptical, we present: exhibit video:
